Eliseo Aguilar

Eliseo Aguilar founded the company in April 2008, following a long and successful career as a professional window cleaner in the union. Motivated by a desire to improve his quality of life and provide more for his family, Eliseo set out to build a company that prioritized both client satisfaction and employee development.

Having observed that many workers lacked genuine concern for clients’ needs, Eliseo established a business culture centered around service excellence and attention to detail. He brings extensive experience with various access methods, including aerial lifts, swing stages, and bosun’s chairs.

Eliseo remains highly involved in daily operations, working closely with the window cleaning team to ensure safety, quality, and professionalism on every job. His hands-on leadership and passion for mentoring make him a valuable resource for team members eager to grow and learn within the trade.

Guadalupe Olivera

Lupe comes from a background in Physical Therapy, but after marrying Eliseo and starting a family, the two decided to join forces and expand the company together. Drawing from early experience working alongside her father, a janitorial supervisor at ABM, Lupe developed a strong foundation in crew management, scheduling, project bidding, client relations, payroll, inventory control, and hands-on cleaning techniques—including floor stripping, waxing, and restroom sanitation.

After gaining several years of experience at EBWC, Lupe and Eliseo made the strategic decision to diversify their services by adding final cleans, ensuring steady work throughout the year. Today, Lupe oversees office operations and manages the day-to-day responsibilities of the final cleaning crews. Her long-term goal is to continue growing the business and, eventually, pass it on to the next generation.
